To address these issues, we’ve created a standardized Smart Home Disclosure Statement [link] to be completed by the Seller, which provides the Buyer with a summary of smart home information for that home.

The Smart Agent Finder (coming soon) directs the prospect to a local Real Estate Agent who is knowledgeable about smart home technologies and applications—and experienced in the sale or purchase of a home which includes smart home features.
